History of the Company
Parker Realty was founded in 1997 by Lloyd Parker (Commercial specialist/Broker/Owner 1997-2002). Della Parker managed Parker Realty from 2000-2002 and bought the company in 2002. The company then had only 12 Real Estate Agents.
In 2005 Parker Realty bought 535 North River Rd where it operates its head office. By 2013 the company now has 48 Salespeople, with offices in Charlottetown, Summerside (formerly Bradley Real Estate), Hunter River, Montague and Souris/Fortune.
Della is an active member in the day to day running of the business and has sat 8 years on the Real Estate Board, including acting as president.
